The bed was comfortable and hot water was always available. Nice touches such as complimentary biscuits and tea & coffee etc. The owner Terrence was hands on and extremely helpful. The literature in the room about the hotel, local area and restaurant suggestions etc. was extremely useful and appreciated, as was the Cholta Cholta walking guide book.

The room could have been serviced more regularly and the complimentary refreshments replenished. A fridge would have been a useful addition.

This stay was incredible. The location was very central, with lots of great walkable restaurants. The check in was welcoming and easy, we were so grateful to Terrence for his warm welcome, local tips and kindness. The room was spotless and the nicest bathroom we have stayed in India! Gorgeous furniture and great staff.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches, including the tea and coffee, drinking water and cookies. The staff were also friendly and very helpful.

Very clean and spacious room with daylight and a little balcony. Friendly staff. Safe place for woman travelling alone. Great complimentary cookies!

The area around the hotel wasnt the safest at night (around 10pm) walking alone as a woman. But I guess that is the same anywhere in Panjim.

Bedroom and bathroom were great and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Location right in the centre of town, walking distance to the highlights
