Cute hotel in the centre of Panjim, with great access to casinos, bike hire, Fontainhas - whatever you’re there for. Terrence is also a fantastic host - he can’t help you enough, gave loads of advice on the area and even gave me a lift when I was running late for a tour.

Perfectly located in the middle of Panjim within walking distance of everything. Big room with small balcony, very comfy bed and great A/c. Had the best nights sleep. Terry the manager was really nice and made me feel at home . All in all 10 out of 10. I had a great 4 days.

Good location for walking around the city- nice touch with the walking book in the room. Very clean room and bathroom and comfortable bed.

It's not the hotel's fault but when we arrived the whole block was surrounded by major road works. If you're thinking of booking just check these have finished, likely to be in a couple of weeks.

Really lovely property with super friendly manager. Told us the history of the building and there were lots of lovely pictures of the town. Great location, super comfortable bed too.

Size of room was good.

The location was not the best but still walkable to the main attractions. The neighborhood is a little run down. The sofa is very uncomfortable and caves in. The room description is not what the pictures look like online. Minimal art and furniture. Wan't the best room for the price. Maybe other units look like the picture but not this one.

Brilliant location, super helpful friendly staff.

The location was fabulous, close to some great bars and restaurants. Terry was at hand to answer any questions via WhatsApp. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious english channels were a bonus. Overall, it was a good stay but would have been much better with a few small changes.

The hotel front needs attention, stairs are quite steep and could use a handrail, large step up to the bathroom and very slippy when stepping down due to the very slippy wet room, a simple floor squeegy would solve part of the problem. The kitchen isn't really a kitchen it's a sink and kettle and would think for the price it should have a fridge. A small safe for valuables and a cheap hairdryer should be included.

Staff very helpful. Lovely decor of room. Good location.
