Gaji Hotel Jaisalmer

There were some things we really liked about our stay. The air conditioning worked very well, the bed was comfortable, and both the food and WiFi were good. A special mention goes to the hotel staff member who helped us arrange our desert safari. He was incredibly kind, personally took us to the tour meeting point, waited for us, and made the whole process very easy. The safari ended up being one of our favourite experiences in India, so we’re very grateful for his help.

The only thing that let the stay down slightly was the cleanliness of the room. We found the bathroom in particular could have done with a more thorough clean, as the bath had some built-up grime, the sink was quite dusty, there were old coffee cup marks on the bedside table, and some of the window cushions were quite badly stained. To be fair, we’ve found that cleaning standards can vary while travelling in India, so it wasn’t entirely unexpected, but it was probably the least clean room we stayed in during our trip.

Better quality of toiletries

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Selbst eine Unterbrechung unserer gebuchten Zeit um an einer Wüstensafari mit Übernachtung teilzunehmen war kein Problem.

Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Seitengasse die vermüllt ist. Das schadet dem positiven Eindruck.

We had a wonderful stay at Gaji Hotel with our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a peaceful atmosphere which is perfect for families. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were well maintained and the service was quick and professional. We also enjoyed the food, which was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Gaji Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay. Looking forward to visiting again.
