We booked at Magnet hotel on Sept 24 and got a call from hotel tellobg us they are overbooked and shifted us to another hotel which caused us a lot of inconvenience. We booked 4 rooms and they provided only 2 rooms. We took one room and since wanted to be a group we opted for second hotel. Never had such a bad experience booking thru your booking. Com site.
