Nothing. The manager was good rest everything was subpar.

1. The address was wrong on the booking.com app, Google Maps and everywhere else. 2. The staircase and all the floors reeked with the smell of cigarettes. It was awful and pungent. 3. We booked two rooms. the first one was okay but the second one was absolutely disgusting. Firstly, again, it felt like someone smoked in the room all night. Secondly, the bedsheets were not clean, the headboard had oily marks all over it over it. And lastly, IT WAS FILLED WITH COCKROACHES. Yes, you read that right. There were so many of them crawling around the room and washroom. This is when the staff assured the room was cleaned before our arrival. We requested it to be sanitised again, properly. We were in a rush so we dumped our luggage and headed out and came back to a cleaner, odourless room but cockroaches were still there. 4. The fans made so much noise that it was nearly impossible to get decent sleep. The a/c is there but it doesn't work(not that you will need it much). 5. The staff and management are so lousy. We had to ask for basic amenities. There was no soap, handwash, towels, water bottles or glasses. We had to ring the front desk for everything, which was fine but honestly, after so many annoying incidents, this bothered us a lot as well. (FYI, in case you're wondering why we didn't ask for a different room, we wanted two adjoining rooms for me, my mom and my dad, which was not available at that time. Also, at some point we just made our peace with the fact that this was the standard room in the inn and all rooms will pretty much be the same.)
