"Was not a pleasant stay ."

Location is fine .rooms are spacious.

Rooms were full of dust and bad smell. Also there were smoke and liquor smell in the corridors.food plates were left on the floor which was disgusting.Lift was not working .No amenities like soap,water,hand wash ,towels provided in the rooms

My experience booking this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered an impolite receptionist who informed me that my reservation had been canceled, and my room had been allocated to another guest, leaving me without accommodation.
