Room cleanliness.

Front office staff are rude. Room was alloted at 1st floor, I asked for 2nd floor though rooms were available they didn't allot. Also I asked for coffee to be severed to the room and they denied. Booking.com should provide option to choose which floor to book while booking- it's an improvement feedback for you!!
