The location is strategic. Nearby to most of the famous coffee shops, Blok M Square, Plaza Blok M, M Bloc & many others.

Its dirty. The first room was full of bed bugs, changed to a second room but unfortunately is still with wet paint, changed to a third room, baby cockoaches everywhere. I can even hear the rats runnning above our room in the vent, between our floor & upper floor. The sheets are full of stains, maybe blood maybe food stain. The walls are cracked, the ceiling leaked. Everything is bad, except for the staffs. They are very nice & helpful.

No room window, the shower was damaged and the bathroom door wasn't able to be closed. It was repaired after my complain. The worst thing was, when the first time open the room and check the toilet, it was dirty and seems someone has just use it without flush he water into the toilet

Bery good location in center city

The reception staff ( male staff) not flexible when I asked him to do early check in due to i have to stay just only 12 hours in the hotel from 11 am-22:00 pm because i have to catch my flight in midnight.I asked him to have early check in at 11 am instead of 12 noon or 14:00. I can pay this property if he give option.so from there now i have to change hotel with more flexible as customers needs. And I found amoz cozy hotel more flexible to give me early check in even though i have to pay several money this much better for me.

The staff couldn’t speak in English . And bed sheet is not clean . Bath room is not clean .

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very strategic. Ac and hot water works well.

Facilities are okay, but cleanliness could be much more improved. Sheets were not that clean, floor mat were ripped.
