They had gluten free options. Receptionist was a really polite man. Room was really spacious. Food was very good. Well stay again

Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful. It was a little further from the airport than we realised - we booked here as we had a very late night arrival and knew we'd be exhausted. Nice large room, with lovely green views.

It was ok, just a little dated.

"Great place to stay"

Staff were lovely. I arrived early as I'd been on the road early to bring my husband to a hospital appointment. When I explained, the receptionist prioritised my room to be prepared and let me check in early. All the bar staff were really pleasant and friendly and had a few words with all customers as they went about their work. Would definitely recommend it and will be back! Thank you.

Pleasant atmosphere, Very clean room. I would stay again. Quiet location is especially good if you do not want to be in the City itself, though transport is required to get there and get around. I did not have breakfast.

Bar/restaurant a bit noisy to relax and eat dinner in (it was a bank holiday so a restricted menu served in the main bar). Leaving a deposit against damages felt rather odd in a hotel of this level. Otherwise very good
