Location and hospitality 😁

Lot of hairs on the bed and pillow. Cigarette buts in the toilet floor. Water boiler not working. Lot of mosquitoes in the room/toilet.

The location is excellent being in the center of the city (just 1KM from Sevoke More and on HC road) especially if you are there for work. Very accessible to restaurants and local transport.

The room was infested with mosquitos and I could not sleep for more than a few hours on both days. I must have swatted around 20-25 of them by my own hands on the first day and I am not exaggerating. The second day I was given few good-night machines but they did not seem to work. The only way to was keep the lights on and have a fan at a good speed (which was not ideal as this was 2nd week of Dec and it was cool enough) to avoid mosquitos from attacking you. At around 2k/night this was not expected. I am not going back to this hotel nor recommending anybody else unless you checkout the mosquito situation.

The property is conveniently located near the main city market, making it easily accessible. The staff was helpful. The room was hygienic

The staff and housekeeping require improvement.
