-room was cosy -Great location -very clean -tonnes of personality -Very nice breakfast

-Staff were nice but was never informed about ringing the porter to get back in, only found out because another tenant told me outside. One of my friends got a call the night before with information about parking and they never checked with me, both fairly important bits of info to miss. -Think the breakfast should be included considering the price of the room and what you get not great value for money.
