The Merry Monk Bed and Breakfast

Bardzo fajny Bar zaraz pod nosem świetne śniadania jak i obiady dużo osób się kręci. Lokalizacja na plus jeśli chcemy zwiedzać autem 5 minut do centrum balliny. Właściciel to bardzo miły człowiek.

Nie mieliśmy szczęścia co do pierwszego dnia bo akurat był sztorm i wiało bardzo mocno przez co nie było prądu ciepłej wody i ogrzewania usłyszeliśmy że to dosc częste podczas sztormów. Jeśli sytuacja się powtarza to powinien być kupiony agregat prądotwórczy na takie okoliczności bo człowiek chciałby się umyć po podróży.

Für eine Nacht durchaus zu empfehlen. Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit Möglichkeit zur Selbstverpflegung. Kaffee und Tee kostenlos vorhanden. Abends lässt sichˋ s gut ein Bier im Pub trinken, wir hatten hier sogar einen Abend mit Livemusik. Riesenauswahl, was das Frühstück betrifft.

Parcheggio ampio, dato che è un pub, con B&B annesso. Si può cenare e si mangia discretamente, ideale per chi, come me, arrivava dall’ennesima giornata intensa del road trip.

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata. Alcuni dettagli (doccia senza vetro/tenda, nessuna presa elettrica in bagno)

Loved this hotel. From the minute we arrived early from oour early flight the staff were friendly and helpful storing our bags whilst we went exploring the area. You can walk into Ballina (about a mile I reckon) which we did a few times but it is quite easy to get a taxi. The food was absolutely delicious, breakfast and evening meal (had the same curry twice as it was so good). We got a taxi to the Bessies Bar on the coast which was about a 30 minute drive. The room was warm, cosy and comfy. The owner, Joe, even drove us to the airport on our way home, great stay will defo be back.

Had to pay taxis in cash so just be aware you need to take some cash with you.
