The room was comfortable, the shower was very good, nice view

Host was extremely humble and welcoming. He assisted us with check in at 3.30 AM. The rooms and bathroom was clean. We had 2 non ac rooms, they were small but according to the price its fine. Lift's is damaged and it will be problem for those who have knee problem or elderly people. Rest everything is great.

I liked everything. I'd suggest them to get their room gates fixed as it stucks very often.

They have the worst service ever . The staff does not respond on time. Took 45 mins for them to bring one bottle of water .so dirty bed sheets , there were lipstick stains , no glasses in the rooms. We needed extra blanket and a couple of water bottles and we must have called them 15 times in two hours, every time they said that they'll send it but didnt until we went down to reception in anger. we paid for lunch which came in plastic bags and it was beyond inedible. we asked for plates and cutlery and they gave us broken plastic ones and told us they have no actual ones, which was fine with us till we saw used cutlery in our neighbouring room- evidently they gave them but refused us. Nothing about this hotel was ok and when we bought these complaints up ,the staff laughed and dismissed us. 0/10 they need to be closed.
