Staff was good and tries to do their best..

But they don't have in house facilities like kitchen. They don't even have cutlery if you order food from outside. No kettle or any Amenities in the room.

Everything. Dirty shower. shower broken, only use of bucket. Tea with ugly stuff in the water Rood staff Noise from the street Uncomfortable beds Ran away from there. Will never recommend this guest house.

Location was good

We arrived to Rishikesh late at night, to just spend one night and travel further north. we chose it as a deceant hotel for spending one night and moving on. Rooms were dirty, linen was dirty, we asked for an extra mattress and it was not in the room, we were first told it's free of charge and then that it's charged for, and the worse: there was a sewage problem and the rooms smelled terrible. When I went to tell the crew he didn't seem surprised at all but said that there are no other vacant rooms. We had both the doors and windows open all night and barely slept with the terrible scent of urine and more. In the morning we discovered that the shower water power was non existent and not hot. This was one of the worse stays ever.

Very central, quiet location. Windows face an open space and not a wall, so there was enough light coming in. Easy and safe walk to the hotel at night. Room was small but decent for a budget hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room, bathroom, towel and bedlinen could be cleaner. Only a small piece of soap was provided, no other toiletries, so feels more like a homestay than a hotel. Toilet paper had to be asked for and they seem reluctant to provide this. The hotel serves non-Indians too, so toilet paper should be a basic provided.
