Breakfast selection was very good Executive lounge was nice and quiet with good buffet Room was spacious

Pool water was not clear, pool furniture was not clean - left over food/drinks etc stuck to tables. Pool closed too early. NOISEY! Screaming children everywhere from 6am to 1am..running in passages and jumping on furniture in reception. Adults lounging about and lying on reception furniture with dirty feet on chairs, eating food making mess all over the furniture and floor. Previous guest had boiled pasta in the kettle!! Who even does that??? and it had not been cleaned.

Central location. The bed is very comfortable, nice view on the marina, very good breakfast - excellent selection, great coffee. Parking in the building was not available, but there are enough public parking lots near the hotel, and they are not too expensive.

Both the building and the room are in need of renovation. The elevators are very slow. My husband had his birthday during our stay, and although we mentioned it to the hotel twice, there was no acknowledgment or congratulations.
