Not applicable since the staff denied the stay

The staff denied the stay. they said the price at which it has been booked online wasn't acceptable to him. I told him why did he accept the booking in the first place to which he didnt have an answer. he said we have discontinued with booking.com and fabhotels. this should have been informed to the customer in advance. fab hotel guys kept calling me before the visit to pay the advance. however if I had done it then would have faced problems as the hotel denied the stay and my advance would have been stuck

worst hotel and pathetic food. The manager is lier and very disrespecting. Never go to this hotel. They charge only money and no services. The owners are useless as well.
