Initially the prices was shown 500 but the hotel charged double price and threatened to cancel the booking

They are charging more amount when we reach the hotel and start misbehaving

Ratiram Is listed on Oyo as his premium segments like silver key flagship and others but he forget what is the real meaning to run a hotel there is nothing on Oyo policy he make his own policies

Totally waste of time or headache main business ke kaam se 3 dosto ke sath gaya subha 10 baje enter hua booking.com se booking pahle hi karai hui thi jisme 500 rupees ka amount tha jo reception par tha woh aise akad main tha jaise guest nahi chor aa gaye ho hamse rooms ka jo actually price tha usse woh 2× mang raha tha Maine kaha aisa kyu bola ham Oyo ki price ki booking nahi lete hain maine kaha customer care se complaint karunga bolta hai ki aap sofe par baithiye aur Aram se baat kariye customer care se lekin charge 1300 hi lagega then we have to cancel or denied !!

"Pathetic and over priced"
