Everything is excellent, meet our expectation because the price is affordable. Location is pretty faraway from city center but if we come back Santorini and stay in this hotel, we would take taxi or bus instead of walking uphill with luggages.

Everything. From free coffee, everyday cleaning, comfy beds, pool, amazing staff to location and facilities. Every room has a balcony and all amenities that ones may need. Highly recommend, great price value as well. Close to shops, car rental etc.

L’emplacement est idéal, un peu excentré du centre de Fira mais ce qui permet d’avoir du calme. La piscine est un point très positif. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B a Firostefani. La posizione è ottima: abbastanza distante dal caos di Fira da garantire tranquillità, ma a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal suo vivace centro. La vista da Firostefani è mozzafiato, con l'opportunità di ammirare Fira dall'alto. Ideale per chi, come noi, ama fare una bella passeggiata. ​ ​L'ospitalità è stata eccezionale fin dal primo momento. All'arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità e cortesia. Ci sono stati forniti preziosi consigli sui luoghi da visitare dell'isola. ​ ​La villa, oltre a essere molto graziosa, offre una piccola piscina perfetta per rilassarsi. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è la disponibilità di una macchina per caffè e cappuccino con biscottini. ​La pulizia è impeccabile. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno, e la camera, compreso il balconcino, era sempre pulito. ​ ​Non possiamo non menzionare il nostro piccolo amico felino! Un gattino adorabile che ogni sera veniva a salutarci. ​Consigliato!

10+ Stars, one of the nicer, affordable accomodations we've stayed at throughout our travels. The staff are very relaxed, generous, friendly and helpful, they gave us many tips on things to visit and the best beaches in Santorini. The reception area is open throughout the day, with free coffee/hot drinks machine. We had the best machine hot chocolate we've ever tasted! They also provide complimentary snacks. Check in was fast with no problems. They let us check in an hour early as our room was ready which we were very grateful for. The room looks nicer than the photos. There is no window but the front door has frosted glass panels that make the room very bright, just like a window, if you need it. The panel has a good cover, the room was nice and dark to sleep in. Very good AC, we actually got too cold with it on. The towels were big and fluffy and the pillows were the perfect height and hardness. They clean very well, even the floor is spotless so you don't end up with dirty bare feet. There is a friendly and stunning cat who hangs around, white and blue like the city. And a nice pool and common areas. Plus a line to hang your swimsuit on, clothes dry very quick here. On our checkout day we had several hours to kill waiting for the ferry. The lovely staff invited us to sit inside the air conditioned reception area instead of outside in the heat. They also allow you to store your luggage before/after check in/check out.

It is a 20 min uphill walk from the bus station in Fira, but not too steep. If you have a lot of luggage that may be too tiring and hot.

La atencion fue muy buena, esta bien ubicado si vas en coche ya que hay un parking enorme al lado. La limpieza fue completa, el tamaño de la habitacion es perfecto.
