Bed was uncomfortable and AC was leaking water inside the room. AC was Pathetic. No dustbin was present. I have booked the room with breakfast charges included but hotel had no kitchen.I have paid extra for breakfast but didn't get anything. Pathetic experience ever. Due to AC seepage my wallet and valuable documents got damaged.

Everything was bad The bed was irritating. It had springs. I changed my room. Then also a bad bed. Can't sleep or take rest. The springs of bed were pinching. There were no towels, no soap, no hand-wash and the water was leaking from pot. I was never provided keys to my room even after repeating. I had lost my Airpods because my room was alloted to some other guest thinking that my room was empty. My Airpods were technically stolen.

Horrible place with cochroach, Wet walls, stink , broken toilet fascet, unwashed Lenins and blanket, no matt , no tissues. Booking.com pls don't go by pictures please visit the place before including in your list. The place is under construction.

pathetic condition of bed, dirty fabric and furniture, unhygienic washrooms, zero cleanliness at rooms and foremost rude behavior of reception desk. Money also not refunded for 2 days which I not stayed in spite of 10 times of reminder at FabHotel desk.

Foremost important is cleanliness in rooms and lobby. The bedsheet were seems to be used for 100 times for first night but not washed. black spots in room floor, walls were dirty, washroom were not cleaned even WC seat was so dirtty ... need to say that it was not hotel but a prostitue room.
