Located close to the airport and the staff are friendly.

The booking experience was chaotic at best. After receiving a confirmation via e-mail from booking.com and a call from the hotel on the morning of check-in, a few hours into the day we get a call that the hotel is over booked and our booking is being cancelled. We had to give them an earful and only after that receive a call from the manager a few more hours later, confirming our rooms. The experience at the hotel was not that great, with guests loitering around the hallways having loud conversations well past midnight and disturbing the others' sleep; while a scream fest was underway between the hotel staff and a guest. It had effectively ruined my sleep. No towels were available in the room upon arrival and were given to us at 4:30 am after two reminders.

Rooms are big and spacious

Quantity and quality of toiletries , they don’t give lotion etc

Tattwa grand was a very good experience. Though I stayed only for one night, the place was excellent. Since it's a new hotel, all things were new. The bedding and bath was also too good. Brand new. You can feel the cleanliness. No dust at all. All corners were clean. Well mopped. They also had complimentary tea and coffee in the room which was surprising at such a low price. Even 2 bottles of water were kept in the room. Tata copper water. Breakfast was buffet. All South Indian dishes. I had the option to order omelette and toast though. Very good breakfast. In short, the stay was excellent. Good for families too. No nonsense hotel and no smoking.

The taxi . He charged me 1500/- whereas the hotel guy said should not exceed 700/-. Banglore rates are very high with taxis. They just skin you to the bone for travel.

Place and the staff

The hotel being an eggatarian is fine but booking.com should take responsibility to post these things while getting customers to book that there's no non vegetarian food available other than egg

The bed was comfortable, rooms were clean. For a short affordable stay it is a good option.

The staff is not well equipped to deal with requests. We had called the reception to ask for wifi and they said that a person who could help us would call us back. Why is an unequipped person answering calls? They also never called us back. So it doesn't have the best customer service.
