Rendben volt a szoba felszereltsége. Az apartmanház rendezett volt.

A fürdőszobában forróság volt, nem lehetett ott szabályozni a hőmérsékletet. Az ablakok rosszul voltak beszerelve, így a keret és az ablak között volt egy centi rés, amin folyamatosan húzott be a hideg (ott tartózkodásunkkor végig 0 fok alatti hőmérséklet volt). A személyzet (1 hölgy volt végig) nem volt kedves, minimálisat beszélt angolul. Kértünk külön díjért reggelit, ami büfé reggelinek volt meghirdetve. A meghirdetett időintervallum fele után érkeztünk reggelizni. Ekkor az asztalok tele voltak az ott hagyott tányérokkal, poharakkal, ételekkel, de azokat nem vitték el, mi pakoltuk össze, hogy le tudjunk ülni egy asztalhoz. Keresgélnünk kellett evőeszközt, tányért stb., mert nem lett pótolva. Az ételek nagy része elfogyott, és nem is kaptunk belőle már (rántotta, virsli, pékáru). A vízforraló, piritóssütő nem működött. Bármit kértünk, vagy jeleztünk az előbbiekkel kapcsolatban a kiszolgáló hölgynek, válaszul azt kaptuk, hogy "finish", semmi segítőkészség, ellenben folyamatosan telefonált.
