Booked with paid breakfast but didn't get any day breakfast, worst hotel to stay and crew members and management were horrible, did not clean room after the key submit at reception and strictly mention to clean room. Unprofessional staff not able to talk properly, hospitality is far away from them only 1 person can able understood the need of customer, the staff was totally unskilled, they didn't able to understood their duty and internally fought. Horrible experience.

Feel not safe for the business /travel purpose, mostly college boys and girls book for some hours. That is their main business, they cater only them. Very worst experience, not suggest for family, business, traveler. better to go for other option. No towel available, no bed sheet available, no dish available for food. Room freshener available, rooms are not cleaned and not maintained. Very surprise thing is that there is absence of knowledge in staff members. Hotel govern by very unskilled young un-matured boys

Foods are over priced and outside food is not allowed though they don't have their own kitchen

Besides the fact that it was a reasonable distance from the airport, nothing

where to begin! The information provided at the booking.com was almost entirely false. The entry door almost touches the bed while opening, and once inside there is no room for a person to move around. with 2 persons it’s impossible. One has to just sit on the bed (no room for a chair). The bathroom door doesn’t close, I think the management doesn’t care. Booking.com promises ‘wholesome breakfast’, it must be a joke. we ask for breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and the guy who was sleeping at the reception told us it was too early and the staff is overworked. we actually witnessed staff arguing with each other as to who should do what. The fact is there is no kitchen, there is a delivery service with really poor quality food that takes 1 hour to deliver. Any other delivery costs money that aren’t transparent. I am a booking.com client for over a decade and I feel it’s becoming lax in fact checking at the properties. I understand that I can’t expect high standards with the price, but it’s horrible when descriptions don’t match reality at all
