"Very poor"

Nothing good as far

Swimming pool is charged. Females are not allowed in the pool. We asked for an extra bed they give a mattress n that is for 750 per night. Nothing good about this hotel.

When I went to the Alps residency, they told that my booking was cancelled by them selves only. Receptionist mentioned tht room is sold for someone else ,and they didn't even informed me prior only that booking has been cancelled. It was totally a disappointment that we travelled so long to madurai.

"Not too great definitely not bad"

Room spacious, courteous staff and manager. Clean linen and wash room.

No food facility, morning coffee to not available at 7.30 am morning or evening tea. Food facility is below average for sure
