Even booked well in advance, the host was not prepared for us. Even mentioned about baby nothing was prepared. No welcome. Even reception ream behaved like bachelors coming to book room in a hurry. Totally disappointing the response. And when checked in, the toilet flush is not working. That too in the ground floor room. When asked, staff said it is not a problem 🥹😇. After much waiting one staff came and tried to vaccum the closet. After that also not much difference. Felt like in free public toilet. Room costed 3500₹ in Palani where well maintained room available in the season @2000₹+. That to on spot booking. My preparation regarding first time family visit to Palani went in vein. And the property team felt nothing happened which made more impact on us than the technical failure.please take care as booking. Com maintains a guarantee for us while booking unknown hosts.

Staffs are very good to interact. They are very helpful. The Hotel location is very near to the winch.

Rooms are not that much good as per the price. Bathrooms are not good.

The entire stay was an absolute disaster. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked this property for my elderly parents, expecting at least basic hospitality and respect, but the experience they went through was appalling. First, my parents were made to wait for over an hour just to check in, with no proper explanation or assistance from the management. To make matters worse, when they politely asked about the delay, the staff responded in an extremely rude and dismissive manner. The behavior of the hotel staff was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards senior citizens. The breakfast service was equally horrifying and unhygienic. Staff members were serving idlis and chutneys with their bare hands, showing absolutely no regard for cleanliness or food safety standards. It was disgusting to witness and raises serious concerns about the hygiene practices followed by this hotel. This place is poorly managed, disrespectful to guests, and lacks even the most basic standards of hospitality and hygiene. In my opinion, this hotel deserves to be shut down for the pathetic level of service they provide.
