The Green Gate Resort Mulshi

The staff was very good. Ambience was good. The food quality was very good.

The problem with the resort is that they close everything including food and cab pick up drop by 9:30. We told them that it is a birthday celebration but the staff did not even consider an exception. They only serve veg food so options were very limited. The jacuzzi was not working properly and didnt feel like worth the money they charge. I paid 27k for the royal suite and the things provided were either working poorly or not working at all. For eg the TV was not giving any channel until evening even after multiple reminders. This property specifically is only good for old people or family who prefers to sleep by 9:30 at night with veg preference. For others, I would not recomend this property.

No hot water arrangement in shower near pool No toilet near the pool.

1. It is a vegetarian only place which is NOT mentioned anywhere during booking 2. Room is good but not outstanding. For a so a called 3 star property, the facilities are too old and run down
