property location, staff and food.

Property location is amazing but the property picture shown in booking.com and real one don't match. it seems pool picture in booking.com is the bungalow property and not the main one. Room facilities below standard, no handwash, no soap, no toilet paper, one room was smelly. bed was too hard.AC was not working.

Location is good. They have a decent restaurant with quality of food at level of good, though choices are very limited. Lakeview rooms are big and nice.

Poolview room was giving bit of a suffocating feel. The entertainment room had foosball, carrom and pool table, but none of them was in good condition. Foosball bars were missing handles, carrom board was rough and missing coinsy, pool table has missing balls and the sticks didnt had the cue tips and not able to play. Their restaurant is open to outside people as well and there is a huge rush as it is on the road to Tamhini. So you will not get a feel of being in a resort. We paid around 16000 for 1 night for 2 rooms and with the conditions available there its far more than it deserved. Definitely wont be visiting again.

Rooms too close to each other. Looks like more of a hotel than a resort. Privacy is limited as the restaurant overlooks the resort which is always crowded.
