The small stream (lake ) flowing through the property The calm atmosphere almost inside a jungle Breakfast buffet was good . (Rest of the time , food was only avg . ) Economically Priced rooms and food .

Location of the property was perfect for small leisure vacation. Had a great pleasant and silent time spending around the property .

Nice and quiet. The stream nearby is quite meditative during the morning stroll. Lots of places to sit quietly. Outdoor and indoor games available. The gardens are well maintained. Kids would like to run around and play. Professional staff. Well maintained hygiene. Rooms are tidy. Food is traditional along with other options, cooked with utmost care I felt. Except for the road to reach to the resort. The road needs maintanance high time. Perhaps there are jeeps from down to take us up to the resort, but we came in our own vehicle. Apart from that, I felt Abad is a wonderful place to stay.

During our holidays, we were looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Abad Brookside turned out to be an ideal choice, the eco resort was well maintained with ample places for our 4 yr old twins to enjoy, keep them busy with exploring nature and games. We stayed at a brookside cottage - kids absolutely loved going into the water, get themselves clicked and play with the fish. As the resort is close to may tourist attractions in Vythiri, we loved the fact that Jeep was available to move in, out of the hills (where the property is situated) and get picked (when needed) at short notice.

During our long stay we would have liked more North Indian food choices in the menu. We were pleased by the fact that the chef went out of the way to make aloo parathas just for us. Also we liked that our suggestion of offering complimentary evening tea with cookies was acted upon.

Excellent location and cuisine and value for money.

Well located away from the town, perfect for a relaxing stress-free weekend break.

Food options are limited and tasted almost similar. Given that the resort is in the middle of the forest and away from any other food delivery options. The facilities show signs of ageing and could be maintained better.

It’s about 2.5 kilometers off the main highway and the approach road is a little bumpy.

The property is the main highlight. Serene and full of green.

The hotel amenities were quite good, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with our family.

The road leading to the hotel was in very poor condition. Once you reach the property, it is difficult to go out or return due to the road conditions.
