"Harrowing, horrible horrifying experience at H 57"

Manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, uncouth, even told us to get out middle of the night. Unhygienic beds, no dingy lighting, linen and bedding used and dirty. Though breakfast was included free, but nothing on menu was available and we had to make do with whatever they finally offered after multiple follow-ups.

Attitude, non customer service approach, as if they did us a favor by allowing us to stay at the property. Cheap Bathroom fixtures were all coming out and water splashing all over.
