Most of the flagship hotels nowadays I feel have been made suitable only for unmarried couples. There wasn't even drinking water available in the room. I had to visit the reception with an empty bottle every time I needed water. The hotels nowadays tend to serve only the hourly customers well.

In my recent stay, I had pre-booked breakfast, but during check-out, I was unexpectedly charged extra. The staff's demeanor was also rude, which added to my disappointment. It's important for future guests to be aware of these issues when considering this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel for couples and family. They don't know how to respect ladies

In the evening, when madam reached the hotel for check-in, people were standing all around, she got worried seeing the people. This kind of misbehavior not good for hotel business and also for the image of nation. Staff should be educated and our breakfast was includ in booking but they changed us. Now In reception new guy. His behaviour was really bad. Before there Was one lady she was really good and I feel save also there. But not now this hotel are not save for girls be careful before you go there
