Ac was not working properly , no fridge / microwave and tv was not connected

Location of the property

Beautiful views both over a few Sikh Gurdwaras and Also in to the hills where Naina Devi Mandir is. The staff we’re helpful and the Air Con / Fan was working perfectly which was needed.

Only the location

Nothing at all, no proper staff. No dining area. Have to eat on the bed , even without the food tray. Tea sent in the rooms in the cups. No table in the room to put your food on. Only one cupboard and a hot water kettle. Tv not working. Only couple of small hand soaps and two packs of hair shampoo pouches on arrival and a toilet paper roll for three days stay. Very bad experience.

The location was really good. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean with a great temple view. A small walk away is a bustling market with temple and Indian style funfair! We did not try the food.
