Location and Ease of access to different places

The Bathroom was stinky for 4 nights that we stayed and also the shower wasn't working got tired telling them but didn't receive anything positive for 4 days that I stayed and also staff should be trained if we give room for cleaning it should be completely clean and also the towels shampoos etc, should be replaced everyday which was not the case

Was very cold in the room

The owner was very friendly and helpful with a warm, welcoming attitude. The rooms were great, bathroom spotless. Location is fine, although there is a 15min rikshaw ride and some walking to reach Ghats.

Breakfast was litterally a pancake and a yogurt, just don't bother getting the complementary breakfast, go out and eat.

Good location, decent property, could do much better

I was charged more than what Booking.com told me.

The location, as it is situated within the vicinity of major tourist locations like Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Godowlia Market, Dashaswamedha Ghat and also a kilometre distance from Varanasi Junction railway station.

staff was very good.. Ketan helped me to navigate the city and provided valuable information.

Hospitality

Nothing really that stood out and in normal circumstances I would look for a better property to stay.

I didn't like the location and the overall feel about the property itself. I felt a bit claustrophobic considering the hotel isn't exactly spacious and the room I was alloted was small despite the price I paid.
