The friendliness and kindness of the owners were magnificent. The room was quite comfortable, clean and spacious. Let aside the location right on the beach. Quality breakfast too.

In terms of value for money, keeping always in mind the spot and the seasonality, I would say that the price was slightly at premium given the facilities and the services which were brilliant but at that price someone might ask for something more from every perspective.

This place is undeniably stunning and impeccably clean, exuding a charming Greek ambiance. However, there were a couple of drawbacks that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the breakfast service starting at 8 a.m. was inconvenient for tourists like me, as the morning ferries depart at that time, necessitating an early departure from the hotel at 7:30 a.m. Additionally, I encountered an issue when trying to book a taxi through the receptionist at 7:20 a.m. I assumed they had made the arrangements, but to my dismay, there was no taxi available at that time, and there was no receptionist present to assist. Moreover, communication was a challenge as no one seemed to understand English, despite my attempts to use online translation. Eventually, I managed to secure a taxi at 7:40 a.m., but it ended up costing me 17 euros for a mere 7-minute ride, which felt disproportionately expensive.

Overall the interior and the views

Room is very hot and air conditioner was a bit weak.

The location was perfection! Just steps to the beach. There is a nightclub nearby and we were worried about the noise but it wasn’t a problem at all. We couldn’t hear the music with the windows shut and the air conditioning on. The breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful.

Great location, quaint and cozy place with variety of rooms. There are few terraces for views in addition to room balconies. The reception lady is very pleasant and people working around facility were also very nice. It gets a bit loud with the beach club nearby but shutting the shutters and windows with AC going shuts out the outside noise almost completely.. Beach access is almost at your footsteps and beach towels are provided. There is also a great hiking opportunity right from the end of street behind the facility. You can go for a beautiful hike, the length is up to you, I went for about 90min and it was super rewarding.

The breakfast is rather limited but it's cheap. The views from the breakfast room make up for it really. Other complain is possibly that the beds are a bit hard. None of this however detracts enough from highly recommending this place for value and beauty..

This property was perfect. Super close to the beach and great restaurants! Also, bus stations close by for you to take grab the bus! I loved it and I’m definitely coming back!
