The location, the facilities ( pool), value for money & the v comfy bed. The host was also v friendly and helpful.

The room was small but had everything we needed. And obviously appreciate space is at a premium in Fira.

Very clean and cozy apartment that continues the style of the city inside. Great location, everything is within walking distance, leaving the room you already find yourself among the narrow romantic streets. The staff is very helpful, good-natured and always ready to advise which places to visit. We also helped to organize a surprise before our arrival, decorating the interior with balloons and flowers. We are glad that we chose this hotel, we hope to return again. Thanks!

The location was pretty central and the pool was nice.

The description is misleading - this is not a 2-bedroom property, the second bedroom is a mezzanine above the lounge area but there is no door or wall blocking it off, you walk up a tiny staircase to a attic style room. Also, the main bedroom has no AC, fan or window and so became incredibly stuffy overnight. Communication with the property - we asked to check in 12:00am which they kindly agreed to weeks before (after following up multiple times) but then followed up asking ‘what time are you checking in’ as if we had never even spoken. These automated messages make things seem impersonal. You would think that given we had told them we are checking in late and the tap water is undrinkable on the island they would provide water, coffee or tea, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. At our next place they provided all these things, and even wine and picked us up from the port! These little things matter. Strangely some of the beds were made as we were out during the day and others were left untouched. Not good value for money, throughout Greece we stayed in many properties and this was the most expensive but the worst facilities.

George was very friendly and happy to help. The property is so pretty, clean and has a great view. Would definitely recommend as location was also perfect.

Shower was a little small

La ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Fira, a pasos del funicular y de la plaza central y la estación de buses. La piscina muy rica, la habitación de gran tamaño con todo lo necesario, y el personal muy amable. El balconcito afuera de la pieza también era un toque extra para sentarse a ver el atardecer o comer algo. No había desayuno, pero sí varios lugares cerca para desayunar muy buenos, como Eggomio o Stolen Fruit.

Alles war toll, aber am besten war sicherlich Georgios, der Manager! Ich bin um 4:30 h mit der Fähre angekommen und die Abholung und Check-in in der Nacht hat alles bestens funktioniert. Georgios kümmert sich wirklich um alles - wenn man das will. Seine Tipps waren wirklich Gold wert (Restaurants, Ausflüge, Strand, Sehenswürdigkeiten) und ich habe auch einen Ausflug im Hotel gebucht. Den Qualitätsunterschied zu anderen Touren konnte man dann während der Tour feststellen, wenn man die anderen Touren gesehen hat. Alles super und nett ist er auch noch. Das Zimmer war modern minimalistisch gestaltet, schöne Dusche, Kühlschrank und sehr sauber. Ein paar Schritte und man ist mitten im Zentrum von Fira mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants, Shops etc. Unbedingt buchen!

Es gibt wirklich nichts, worüber ich mich hätte beschweren können. Es hat einfach alles gepasst und deshalb kann ich wirklich nichts negatives sagen.
