Hotel Central Palace

Breakfast was good. Location was great.

Better room prep was needed. They had just re-psinted the room si there was dust around, the tapes were still covering some spots. The bed sheets, pillow covers and comforter covers definitely needed to be replaced and freshened up. After the first night - we reached there at night - I complained and they dud replace the sheets and cleaned the room. I think the light in the bathroom should be brighter. One of the drawbacks is that there is no supervisor checking the work done if the cleaning crew.

Staff Service

The breakfast and the food was very good value for money. I would encourage the customers to have their meals at the hotel itself. Its much more economical then what is available at a restaurant across the hotel and the quality, portion and taste is superlative.

There was nothing that I particularly did not lile. What I would like to suggest is that the common areas and the area where the breakfast is served should be spruced up so it gives an uplifting feeling. Its also important to keep an eye on cockroaches and hence regular pest control should be carried out.
