Excellent hotel spotless in all areas and very polite and helpful staff.

Very clean and spacious room! Location is also nice, between the city centre and the port. Staff is very friendly! Potami beach was only 10 minutes away by car, which was perfect!

Both the city centre and the port are 10-15 minutes walking distance, which is fine, but maybe something to keep in mind.

Parking and space in the apartment

Tired , no reception staff , many apartments not being used and because it was windy their shutters were banging all night , no internet code given in apartment

Came by bus from Vathy, and walked to amazing beaches at potami, mikro and megalo seitani. The room was perfect with a little kitchen, lovely balcony and good shower. everyone who works here is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was easy to find after our midnight ferry arrived. The room was quite large, ready for us, and easy to access after reception hours. Everything was clean, the kitchenette was well appointed, the room was comfortable and easily accessible. The staff was responsive when we made any request.

I love the feel of bare feet on cool tile, but our floor had not been mopped in days. When asked, they came immediately to do the mopping. The small shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower, which made the floor always wet. Reception hours were quite limited and seemed never open at the time we wanted to stop in. We found someone on site to help us but rarely reception. Neither of these surpassed the great things about the hotel and the room.

The room was very clean and spacious. It had a fully equipped kitchenette for all your needs and a balcony with a peaceful atmosphere and a nice view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the center, but we were aware of that when we booked the hotel. We actually preferred it that way because it’s quiet and relaxing to spend time there.

If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be that the shower could be a bit bigger. I’m not saying it isn’t sufficient; it’s just fine.

Hotel was all right. The room size was decent.

Internet was terrible in the B block. Hotel needs improvements in many areas; internet reception in rooms, kettles in rooms, updating the rooms. There were many ants living in our room. The reception needs to know more about what the area has to offer (needed information about the bus hours and it took ½ hr. and no concrete answers about hours and fares)… there are only 4 daily buses from Karlovassi center, it’s not that hard to write down and hang a schedule somewhere in the hotel.
