Tout ! L’accueil chaleureux, le staff adorable, l’emplacement idéal, la chambre impeccable, la vue splendide… ce fut vraiment un séjour magnifique !

Das Hotel ist in allen Belangen sehr zu empfehlen. Lage und Anlage sind sehr schön, picobello sauber, das Zimmer groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, insbesondere an der Rezeption, das übrigens hervorragend deutsch spricht. Vielen Dank an das Team. Wer ein ruhiges Hotel sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Für unsere Gewohnheiten könnte die Frühstückszeit gerne etwas länger als bis 10:00 Uhr ausfallen. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau

Such a charming hotel! Great rooms , flowers gardens to relax and fantastic private beach. Breakfast was delicious and staff so polite and helpful. Hope to come back for more days .

The stuff was so great and welcoming, and the hotel was super clean and nice. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, and the stuff helped me to make that happen, and they were super helpful also with suggestions to where we should visit.

Bit of a mixed bag! Starting with the good….the public areas of the hotel are lovely. There were lots of sun beds and comfy place to soak up the Cretian sun and the pools were lovely. The hotel is right on the beach with again a lot of sun beds (chargeable) Breakfast was lovely - a lot of choice both hot and cold and the pool bar did great lunch.

The rooms, slightly different story! I originally booked a spa bath room. The room was very dark, and whilst large, they are very sparse. The jacuzzi is more a warm bath and like the room looked very tired. Easy fixes like new netting round the baths would make quite a difference. I asked to change my room and the reception were helpful and changed my it to a normal room which was a lot brighter with a terrace and a lovely view of the sea. Again though it was tired looking and basic. Though was no lighting to the 2nd floor so be careful! What did really surprise me was the fact you had to pay for the coffee capsules in your room (1.40 euro per capsule) and there was no milk. I was by no means blown away and in actual fact decided to book a night in a hotel in Chania. Tip; take a hair dryer. The one in my original room looked broken with the one in my normal room not powerful enough to dry even the sparest amount of hair! Would I go back? Unfortunately not.

Molto pulita sia la struttura che la camera .

Orari per colazione e cena troppo ristretti . La camera non aveva tende oscuranti alla finestra del bagno e quindi eravamo costretti ad usare una pedana per oscurare la finestra e cercare di non essere svegliati dalla luce . Non c è parcheggio se non per i primi 5 ospiti che arrivano .
