Casa Ramona

El lugar está muy bien ubicado y la casa es hermosa, leí en los detalles que el desayuno solo era en el lugar, pero felizmente nos dieron para llevar y eso nos facilitó tomar desayuno temprano para nuestro día de turismo. Bien pensado porque la mayoría de tour empiezan más temprano del horario en el que ofrecen desayuno.

Llegamos muy cansados y no nos permitieron usar los baños, nos dijeron que a las 7am, cuando fue esa hora les pedimos usarlo y nos dijeron que no, que estaban sucios, ante la insistencia nos dejaron usarlos. Obviamente no estaban sucios o muy sucios como dijo la señorita. Pienso que deberían tener más consideración con sus huéspedes que llegan temprano y no a la hora del Checkin.

חדר נקי מאוד יפה (קצת קטן, בסיסי). יש מים חמים, מיקום ממש טוב, יש בית קפה במקום וזה מאוד נוח יש ארוחת בוקר והיא מעולה!! שירות טוב.

הכל היה מעולה.

La ubicación es excelente. Super limpio y las areas comunes muy cómodas!

Everything about Casa Ramona was excellent. The place was clean, the staff was friendly. They helped us book our Tikal tour. It's located about 50-100 metres away from the main meeting spot for the Tikal tour busses, so that's very convenient. Both mornings we stayed we left earlier than their designated breakfast time, and so they prepared bags of food for us to go. And the room had a good A/C (very important).

Nice downstairs cafe/restaurant, some cute common areas / furniture, working AC which was essential in the heat!
