Nothing at all. Horrible experience

The staff at the reception is horrible, they will speak with you very rudely. Also not cooperating in any issues that the guest is facing, restaurant is also pathetic and does not have a full fledged kitchen. No tables and any seating set up at the restaurant. Infact in the morning when we wanted to leave for temple darshan at 3 am, the guard started shouting for waking him up sooo early and said why cant you’ll leave late without disturbing his sleep. I have had most horrible stay at this property. Would recommend to never stay at this property, absolute waste of money and time

Room was excellent, very clean and since it was winter and the room was cold there was a heater, the service was excellent, the staff were very caring and they were extremely responsible. The location was great it was very close to gate 4 of Kasi vishwanatha mandir and also daswaswamedha ghat.

The location is fantastic; just 10 mins walking from Dashashwamedh ghat. The staff were so cooperative and helpful. They helped us out with everything. The people of Banaras in general are the most sweetest people. I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend this property to my friends and family who would visit. The food was also very tasty and good. Thank you!

The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. All amenities functioned correctly and were user-friendly.

Hotel rooms have no windows or can't be used. However, that's not an issue as it has a big air conditioning system fitted.

The location is great ... close to all the key places that I wanted to visit. Food is good.

The entrance on one side is not great, the main entrance is quite inside and needs to be spotted well.

The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and made sure we had bottled water and arranged us transport to and from the hotel.

There was no hot water in the shower, only cold. It was also inconvenient that the water would go all over the floor and hard to walk to the toilet or sink after someone used the shower because everyone was wet. The sinks were smelly but that seems to be everywhere in Varanasi.

Nice clean room, staff were very helpful, location is within walking distance of Dashashwamedh and Temple.
