The best part of this place is that it's conveniently located, although the entry to the hotel itself is less than attractive (but this seems to be the case for most hotels in that area). But the real stars are the staff - both the gentlemen at the reception and especially, a very big shoutout to Ramesh, the chef. The way they responded to our queries and requests was amazing. Rakesh's food made our stay so enjoyable and when traveling with senior citizens, it was a huge help that the hotel itself provided great food. A big thank you to them for making our stay comfortable.

Nothing specifically, but the lack of windows made the rooms feel very stuffy. Otherwise, no complaints as such.

Location was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The AC worked great and there was hot water for a shower. The bed was comfy clean. The staff were friendly and the room service food was good. All around great stay!
