"They should manage the situation"

Location

Staff wasn’t known the rules and regulations. Rooms were full of cockroaches, the water heater was not working, they didn’t give us complimentary water bottles, there were not plates or glasses to eat and drink.

Staff behaviour and support

Value shown on booking .com and after that they include GST on the property.which sometimes upset the customer.My room was for 2032 but after reaching on property thet demanded 2248.

Location of the property

The room was smaller than I expected, so if you prefer large spaces, this hotel might not be ideal. The air didn't feel very fresh either, which could be a problem for people who are sensitive to that. Overall, it wasn't the worst, but some people might find it uncomfortable. there is no proper ventilation
