Staff were polite

No water bottle provided. It's noisy as it's close to the station. Toilets seats are broken. No kitchen or place to eat.

The rooms were slightly above average. The bathroom was clean.

The entrance and stairs look a little shady. They make you pay the whole amount upfront. Had to ask four times and then they finally cleaned the rooms. Did not change towels etc had to ask for it repeatedly and then got them changed. Day staff has one person,who is rude and uninterested. Sheets and pillow covers were torn,ac leaked water after running for some time. They charge 30 rs for a 20 rs water bottle.
