Townhouse Madhapur Near Shilparamam

They charged extra money than what we are supposed to pay, when asked about that to the Receptionist he didn't give proper reply rather to ask his superior. While checking out when asked about the same thing to the superior about he said that it is low price booking they can't accept that and they want their minimum price. Overall the staff's are unprofessional. Rooms do not have hangers, no hot water in some rooms and even TV's are not working in some rooms. I don't think its worth.

This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel, and doesn't look anything like the photo. AC dripping, smelly room, unclean bathroom.

Location very nice room clear bathroom clean but breakfast is not good Room sarvice better

I noticed there is a lot of dust on the door frame, the sink is leaking, the bed is clean, there are some problems with the elevator.

All are good except what I mentioned below in didn't like section.

They charged the amount more than in the app we were agreed. They said we can't accept low amount by booking.com
