Friendliness of Staff .

The breakfast was good especially the medu vada. My thumbs up to the chef. The location was very central which is why I chose this hotel

The room wasn’t up to mark. What was shown on the website was so different from what we got. There were wedding functions all the three days when we stayed there. What was annoying was the noise that was made with the clearing up of that floor after the function. There was banging and noisy activity way past 1am which made sleep impossible. We were in 506 just a floor below the noise. The cupboards should be cleaned. The bathroom needs immediate repair. The door has broken door frame. The soap/shampoo trays are broken so there was no place to keep the soap when showering. The bathr needs a long shower curtain because as it is now the entire bathroom gets full of water after a shower. I personally felt that we were given the worst room on the floor. I would not recommend this place to anybody. You need to do the place up if you want return guests.

The staff on reception were helpful amd polite. Helped with booking drivers for excursions . The restaurant was excellent and again the staff were polite and friendly The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had good supply of toiletries Excellent WiFi
