Emarald Hotel Calicut

When I reached the hotel , they told me there is no rooms available. They arranged me another room in another place. Since it is late night , I stayed there. But I am not satisfied, because I paid for the emarald room seen in the site and the room given to me not good and does not contain the facilities of the room I reserved

Especially bed, very uncomfortable and painful for the body, inconvenient bathroom faucet, dirty linen and so on, for displeased and painful stay

Room was neat and clean.

Network facility was not available.Eventhough wifi signal is there internet was not available. I have intimated the same to hotel staff and there were no response. Nxt main uncomfortable thing was the entry to room. For each time i want to access the room ,hotel room has to accompany me along with thier card. They have given one card which is only for getting power supply in room.
