Liza Aqua & Conference Hotel

The young girl on reception (new to the job?) was very helpful. Unfortunately that's about it as far as the positives go!

Other than the young girl on reception, the other staff didn't seem to care. When it came to taking an order for a meal, it seemed they thought they were doing us a favour in preparing it. The meal (a choice of Spaghetti Carbonara or a Spaghetti Bolognese, was overpriced and poorly executed, though in it's favour, at least it was hot!! We have stayed there occasionally over the last 18 years on our drive from the UK to Bulgaria, and have seen standards drop. Unfortunately, it now just has an aura of general neglect, from the neglected gardens, to a shower rail (in room 107) that is just hanging on with two loose screws. Unfortunately for them, there are better alternatives at a much lower price.

Parkovacie miesto pre vozidlo. Reštaurácia obmedzený sortiment. Raňajky priemerné.

Na izbe nefungoval tv, dostali sme náhradnú izbu.
