Very uncomfortable, no water pressure, I did not like this place at all. I got depressed being in filth. This is not a place for a women to stay. I had to change my hotel and go to a place further out but it was worth it.

Polite staff. Very helpful. Clean rooms. Excellent location for business travel.

Manager promise to refund 15 percent refund due to no hot water in the room,then when checking out refused honour it. Because of time restrictions, had to walk away. Will not trust this hotel or kings heritage building group again.

No mobile coverage and room Tata sky not working. They don’t recharge it

My recent stay at Hotel Kings Heritage in Surat was marred by a couple of significant issues that need addressing. Firstly, the water pressure in the bathroom, especially the toilet, was unacceptably low. Showering took an impractical 40 minutes due to this, causing a significant inconvenience. Secondly, the cleanliness standards were lacking. Bed sheets and towels seemed unwashed and emitted an unpleasant odor, likely due to washing with soda. These issues significantly impacted the overall quality of my stay. I hope Hotel Kings Heritage takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
