"Bad experience of booking hotel through booking.com"

I dint like the hotel

Please do not entertain such hotels where even after booking the hotel through booking.com one month back, we were given the room having toilet outside. Being ladies if we are treated like this even after making advance money payment we did not feel good. Me upon calling the property to ask for the justification he was very very rude and he says " I will send them back without giving the room means what can you do"!!! He is threatening me as my sister and mother had gone to tirupati to stay in that hotel.I am thinking not to book any hotel in future through booking.com
