"Very much poor and unprofessional approch from hotel stuff"

No toiletries given..AC not working..Towel not given..unon several reminders they lastly given towel..no brakefast serve..Dinner food quality was very much poor.In bathroom their was no provision to keep clothes.

Nothing is served..for each and every thing remind them several time where only 20percent they are able to provide but everything mentioned complementary during booking

"Undesirable experience in a hotel."

Nothing to indicate as such.

There are so many things .The bathroom ventilator was not covered properly making it open for a part to the roof of the next building rooftop. There are so many mosquitos biting.They could not provide any mosquito repellent in the absence of which there could exacerbation of the chance of Dengue. Same apprehension was expressed by one of those cme to reside there .The bathroom basin bibcock was not fixed properly requiring both hands to open or close it.There are so many more. On asking cash receipt on payment by cash they said that it would be sent to me online.But I did not get anyone.
