Well its only plus point was that it's near to LKO Junction that's it. Apart from that everything was below satisfactory. The picture shown on the site is not any way close to reality.

It was not even past 10 min that we checked in there was no water supply for almost 6 hours. The room is drastically small. The hotel is located in the shady lane of Lucknow and the entrance of the hotel is hardly visible. You won't even look twice if you pass it. There is a stinky smell in the whole hotel. Bedsheet and pillows are stained and not fresh. Staff don't provide any toiletries or towels or slippers until you ask to provide (that too is not clean). The food items in the menu are costly and don't match the quality. In total The only advantage was that it was near the station. Also big spoilers don't even go on their review on Google page or any other site. The management makes pressure on you to kindly provide reviews in Google with good stars literally standing beside you. As I was traveling with my wife and we had to checkout on the same day late night i didn't make any retaliation towards such a nuisance. But all the reviews are basically given on the request of the staff/managers rigorous approach. So brace yourself for a negative experience if you book this property.

I have choosen and paid for with breakfast option, but hotel receptionist didn't know about this but they have taken full payment. In morning when I asked for breakfast options they took 10 min. to confirm this and then give me tea and toast option only and said as in this amount they can only provide this, I should call Booking.com for further clarification. I don't know why you have taken this cheap and 3rd class hotel in your list. Even they didn't provide drinking water in their regular room service.
