I liked only staff behavior

Booking.com should give free breakfast. And if ur going by pics shown then plz don't go its totally different and the hotel entrance is only not there first u have to find it then have to go no worth going to this hotel

Lot of open air. It has place to sit on the bench, relax, chill and roam around the balcony.

Very courteous and professional staff. Location was very good and quiet location. Breakfast was included in the Booking and delicious breakfast was served - different types on all the 3 Days stay at Hotel. Ample Car Parking Area. Good Garden Area for Campfire Dinner & Moring Walk. Kids play area also available in the Garden area. Overall a very memorable trip to Hotel Mahabaleshwar Fragrance and a comfortable stay for 3 Night / 4 Days.

Breakfast timings could have been bit earlier. They start the Breakfast service by 8.30 AM. Otherwise, no complaints. Comfortable stay altogether. Thanks to the Hotel Staff for their homely / courteous approach to all the Guests that were present along with their Family at the Hotel.

The rooms are quite big and nice

Although paying a higher price for the booking, I was surprised to know that breakfast was not included in the price. Booking.com takes higher charges than a normal booking price.

Service & food

Well mannered staff and spacious room overlooking River Venna valley. Lot of strawberry farms around.

THe approach was very confusing as it is a 9 feet Forest road approx 500m. There is only one signboard(3'x2'). The incline is steep and only one vehicle can travel so keep blowing horn. No lights also. As per Hotel staff the lights were put but the Forest deptt removed it. The approach is common for three hotels and a Pvt property. So follow Google map or one is bound to miss the turn.
